Service Process Overview
1. Assessment Stage
We’ll begin by reviewing the quality of your photos and the complexity of the design. To initiate this process, please complete the Customer Order Form provided below.
2. Cost Projection
Following the assessment, we’ll send you an email with an estimated cost to complete your project.
3. Initial Payment
To kick off the project, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required. Please note that this payment is non-refundable.
4. Graphic Design
You’ll then be paired with one of our skilled graphic designers, who will reach out to discuss the specific details of your vision. The custom design process is very intimate and personal.You will be involved every step of the way.
5. Revisions & Approval
The estimate includes two revisions. Additional revisions can be made for $50 each. In most cases, we complete your custom design with minimal revisions.
6. Production Timeline
After you approve the final design, your headstone will enter production, which typically takes 2-3 weeks. Shipping will add an additional week.
